Prosecutors of the Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office have completed a pre-trial investigation against a 35-year-old man from Kharkiv, who is accused of illegal actions with ammunition.
He is accused of illegal possession, carrying, and sale of ammunition without a permit, as well as manufacturing. According to the investigation, in January of this year, the accused organized illegal manufacturing and sale of ammunition.
*The accused used the Internet to post advertisements for the sale of goods*, – noted the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office. After receiving payment, he twice sent the orders to the client by mail. The documented shipment included 450 cartridges to a resident of Stryi region.
During the searches, cartridges, shells, and tools for processing cartridges were found. The investigation was conducted by the Stryi District Police Department in Lviv region. *According to the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent*, until proven guilty by a court’s legal verdict.
